Nice run, but a bit erratic at the start. Mile one was 5:04! Whoops, not something to be doing at the beginning of a 15 mile training run. Got it back for mile 2, going 7:18 on that one then let 'er rip for the last 13 miles. Kept the pace pretty consistent around 6:20-6:25 for 12 of the last 13 miles of the run. Dropped it a bit in the 15th mile to 5:56, but the wind was getting strong and I was ready for food.
