Decided I needed to try to run fast since one week from now I'll be trying my best to not let down the ultra team at Ragnar. Started with 6:47 and built pace to 5:48 for final mile. Hip is sore and needs icing but it's not as bad as I feared it would be. I just might be able to get through Ragnar in one piece after all.
