Can't say this was a tempo run 'cause I definitely wasn't working all-out, but it wasn't easy either or a progression run. Mostly stead-state run on a hilly course. Did throw in a 5:55 and 5:42 for the last two miles respectively. I think the weather and recent weight loss are really helping with my speed. Now, to just maintain both until my next race and I'll be set.
