Great LR for FANS 24 Hour race. Had Gerad, Dan LaPlante, Willie for the first 14 miles, then DeeAnn and Dean joined to close out the 30 miler. Need to eat more while I run, but overall a good long run in preparation for the FANS race. Very consistent with pace throughout the run.
