Notes

Wanted to run the abbreviated hilly route hard today, so decided to go out easy for the first two miles then really push the pace for the last 10 miles. Wanted to run 6:15s up the big hills but could only manage 6:20s on that section. Splits were 6:50, 6:42, 6:29, 6:08, 6:06, 6:23, 6:22 (Shannon Hill Rd), 6:15, 6:13, 6:14, 6:07, 5:51. Great weather conditions to push the pace for 10 miles.
