I guess you could call this interval training. Warmed up with a 6:42 mile, then hit 6:11, 5:32 for miles 2 and 3. Recovery at mile 4 at a 6:52 pace, then 6:05, 6:03, 6:06 and 5:50 for the last 4 miles. Monster Dash Half, here I come...woof!!
