Notes

Severe storms kept me inside today so just set the TM speed to 8.0, incline to 1.5 and ran for 13 miles. It's actually a good thing I stayed inside because I was able to catch up on all of the recent developments in the life of "Talks Loudly About Personal Stuff on Cell Phone Instead of Working Out" lady.
