Notes

Need 10 miles to get to 4,000 for the year. I could run an easy, comfortable 10 miles or I could make the 4,000th mile of the year hurt like a mofo. I go for option #2 with a nice progression run. Splits are as follows: 6:41, 6:35, 6:27, 6:23, 6:22, 6:13, 6:09, 6:04, 6:04 & a hurty 5:57 for my 4,000th mile of the year. Woof!!
