Dropped Skippy off and ran to the Cedar Lake LRT for what was supposed to be an easy 15 miles. Watch beeps at mile 1; 7:04. WTF, I ran 25 miles yesterday, I can't be doing this shit! Mile 2 beeps; 7:03. Oh, crap, the weather is great, the trail is flat, may as well roll with it. Went from 7:00 for mile 3 to 6:02 for mile 14 with a 6:42 mile to "cooldown" final miles. Geez, I wish every workout could feel that great.
