Hard running, not fast, just hard. First 1km felt tough and took 2-3km to get into my stride. By 8-9km I was done, pushed on 1km at a time and made an effort after the last turnaround (which took forever to reach). Went quickly on the last downhill, but really was cooked by 9km and the rest was a struggle. Around 43mins 30secs at 10km, so last 5km wasn't slow but was hard.
Took a gel at 8km (Powergel), and Imodium 90mins before the start. If do again get the train to Tsuen Wan West again.
