Very cold day in Tai Mei Tuk and an early start too. I wasn't sure I could handle the distance as I hadn't trained for running at all. I paced it to start slowly and hold the pace, then pick up at the end. That worked ok and I did have a good last 6km. Still, it was slow and my legs ached a lot afterwards, and the next day too. Not used to this now. Weather was very good, bit windy but nice and cold for running.
