Good progressive run. Didn’t feel very slow at the start,a lthough it was. Effort level stayed about the same for the first 3km though the pace got quicker. After that it was quite hard and then very hard for the last 10mins. Pace for the last 1km was in the 4:20s which is good for me these days.
Humidity - 80% and just missed a heavy downpour.
