Triple Witchhour here - 90 degrees out, hungover, and DOMS from yesterdays life, was OK through like 7 miles but kind of a death march after that. Just gutted out 13.5 and called it a win. Overall very pleased with Week 0 of this training, nothing felt overly stressful, felt healthy the whole time, and look like I can step up to this running plan no issues.
