Decided to crank it a bit today to be closer to Marathon pace which I feel is a better way to run Long Runs, and I think I'm right. Felt very strong the whole way through, and it helped that the lights were in my favor, only like 40s of stopped time. Papered over the total time to match the moving time.

Very happy with this week, half way through Phase III! Started sketching out the next training block.
