Hit 6x3' on 3' off, average 5:40 pace. Felt good and strong, a bit of a headwind on most of the reps, and they happened to line up with just 34 ft total elevation loss which is in effect flat, so I'll call that true to pace. Workouts are going well, keep this up for a few more weeks and I'll be in fighting shape!
