Wrapped up Phase 1 with a very nice long run. It was super cold still today but I bundled up sufficiently well and kind of just got in the groove, very consistent effort, not feeling too bad from yesterday's Fartlek. Overall strong springboard into the 12/50, going into it healthy which is nice, and hit 50 in 4 of the 6 weeks in the run up, so feeling confident. Hope this training block goes well.
