Still felt kinda beat today but definitely better than yesterday, we'll see how the weekend goes, pretty hype for a race on Sunday, but with Long Run the day before might end up kinda scuffed. Either way, hit 6xStride at the end, plus hit the gym (kill it yo) Great squat depth.
