Headed over to the track for some tempo work, did 3x1mi w/ 1' interval, + 2mi, all at tempo pace. Had a real urge to shit on the last 2mi rep + on the cool down! Keeping the feet loose seems to be helping with the heel. It was also 88 degrees out so very happy with the pace.
