Getting myself back into the swing of some regular workouts, just tried to hit 20 minutes at Tempo today and it went decently well, although the lungs felt not too good. One of the real challenges here is finding a stretch where the hills aren't to bad, this route hits harsh uphill about 2.25 miles in which continue through about the 3.75 mile mark (if the tempo had been extended that long) Probably need to identify a flat loop I can run these reps on moving forward.
