Went out today in the Kinvaras and saw the weather was nice so loaded up for a tempo run, but I'm still too beat from the weekend do I called it after 2 miles. Sprinkled in 6x12s sprints on the back half to get the weeks speed work done at least. Need to rest up and recover more from the weekend, drank too much and got too shitty of sleep and it has impacted my performance.
