Tried out a prospective loop for 5 mile tempos when I increase the length, not too sure I like it, mile 1 is a little net uphil, mile 2 is a big net downhill, mile 3 is a BRUTAL net uphill, and mile 4 is a decent net downhill. That mile 3 uphill section is 1200m long and fairly steep so it's shaky as a route.

Either way, today was 4mi straight up, target 6:40 pace, but I felt good and beat that by a lot, will tweak down the target pace moving forward.

Scary-ish moment on the cooldown where I felt a sharp pain in the hammy, but stopped instantly and jogged it in, I think I avoided a pull, but it was close.
