Woo-whee, went out and just felt great, so decided to let it rip, basically race effort here. I was a little apprehensive about throwing it all in for the first half but eventually just said fuck it and started clicking them off. Really surprised I was able to grind out a 40:xx 10k split to close, love it.

Sure I'll feel this tomorrow but I didn't do a workout this week so I guess this is my punishment haha!
