Was hoping to hit 5x1k w/ 600m jog rest @ 3:45/km today, only ended up doing 4x1k because reps 2, 3, and 4 were all (substantially) too fast. Will focus next time around on holding the correct pace, still working on finding that "groove" at 5k pace.
