Decided to get some up-tempo miles in today so structured it as 2mi Easy, 4mi Up-tempo, 1mi Easy, 2mi Up-Tempo, 3mi Easy. Was pretty shot by the end of it, but still happy with the overall time. Will look closer at how I recover next week, as I think I'm going a touch hard on the easy days thus far. Still, a run like this averaging 164 (82% of HRM) is not bad.
