It was foggy out today, about 55, actually really peak distance running temp. I felt surprisingly good after yesterdays workout and kept it restrained getting through the first 15 miler of this period of training. Started to feel a bit tired around 12 milers but kept it strong through the end without any real issue. Overall very pleased with this run, and this week was great training - stringing a couple of really nice weeks together. Important to note how big a difference good weather makes when training.
