Moving time entered due to stoplights. First 12 mile long run of the block, and it felt actually very good. Kept it feeling smooth through the first 8 or 9 miles then uncorked it a bit over the last section. Definitely tired at the end but the effort felt very even which was what I was going for. Looking forward to continuing to adapt to the 50mpw volume.
