Took it very easy today to recover for the next 3 days where I plan to Tempo / Long run / Rep so I can have an easy Sunday after visiting Zach. I did not feel bad at all which is nice after yesterday's VO2Max workout, so looking forward to a big couple days here to put up a nice week 1 of phase 3.
Also got Pfitz's book this week and I think I align a bit closer to his thinking, will take this into account when constructing the next training block, but for this one I stick with the JDRF plan I laid out.
