Got the Novablasts on board! They feel awesome! In the transition to the 12/50 for next week I wanted to hit some LT and some Fartlek this week, so did LT today, 3x1 mile w/ 1' rest, not trying to kill it too hard. Was way too torqued up and went too fast, should be able to manage like 6:30 pace going into the training block. Hit 6:16 / 6:14 / 6:14 today (so ya too fast)
