Alright - trying out the new training plan, day #1 is a 13.5 mile long run that I was able to complete with no issues performance wise. I did definitely have heel issues pain wise, particularly between mile 4-9. Before and after that period felt pretty ok-ish. Will continue to monitor, don't know what else to do at this point. It felt "better" in a very general sense than it was feeling before the recovery week, but still not anywhere near good enough. Hope to simply have it go away I suppose.
Also, beginning to rate the effort and quality of runs.
