A workout for the week, 4mi continuous tempo, based on recent tempo results I wanted to shift the target from the 7:05-7:10 range down to 7:00, but stayed open to going a bit faster if the effort felt right. So today it felt right, splits:
6:54 / 6:50 / 6:45 / 6:29
Very happy with the run, including a sub 20:40 5k split in there without feeling like I was pressing at all.
