Went for 4x200m / 2x400m / 1x800m / 1x400m / 2x200m with same distance rest. I think 2 miles total volume is all I can handle on R paced workouts for now. Happy with the splits but definitely died a bit on the back half. What's tough on this & the 8x400m last week is the 400m which is aligned to be just all uphill. Very rough.
