Notes

First workout of the fundamental phase, tried to keep the HR between 175-180 to hit 5mi Threshold. Was able to do so, despite 88 degree weather and weirdly heavy feeling legs. Also it started torrentially raining on the way back. Feels good to put in a workout though. Splits all over the place, slowed down super hard somehow at the end? Think I'm def not recovered from the weekend.
