2x2mi w/ 2 min rest @ LT (6:40 target). Legs felt a bit heavy but still got through the effort without struggling. I think 6:40/mi is the right LT pace for me, will sit around there for the rest of Phase 3 (hopefully see the associated effort drop a touch).
