was I really that sluggish ? hmm a bit surprised. went out just under MP, picked up Miguel by chance and ran some 4/5k with him, then up to MP or close to it for about 5/6k. GPS went under so I couldn't rely on it, surely I was pretty close to 5 min/km for most of the workout, couple of stops probably made for this gap
