COMMENTS: Left quad still a bit sore from Thursday. Felt good during warm up so went with it. Still a bit apprehensive about injury. Met up with Ramses at Brookline Res and ran through Emerald Necklace to Arboretum to Franklin Park and back through JP to Ramses' place and home. A good strong run, although I was feeling it during the last mile home. HR was up around 165 by the end, but the average held up, which is a good sign.
