Notes
Took it out relaxed. Settled in behind JB. Near the end of the trail portion, was passed by Lindsey and then Renee. The first split was fast, but that mile mark was in the right place. Passed Renee on the second loop and settled into a comfortable pace. Took it hard up the next hill and really felt it on the way down the hill. Pretty much cruised it in from there because I didn't have it today to catch Lindsey. The uphill finish to the top of Bussey Hill was really tough.
