ABTA 5K run. Drove out to Montrose beach with CK to meet up with Audrey. Not sure about this race with 5 days of recovery from Boston. Not much of a warm-up and jumped up and down to stay warm. Went out with the top two guys and felt reasonably comfortable. After a mile, knew I was in trouble. Felt tacchycardic after that and had to slow it down to about half marathon pace. Felt miserable the rest of the way... just no legs to push it hard. Picked it up with about half a mile left so I wouldn't feel so lazy. Predictable result given the conditions and not a fun race.
