COMMENTS: Breakfast: oatmeal and OJ, no coffee

after run: pancakes, OJ, coffee

afternoon: duck and rice crepe

dinner: sausage pasta, wine

Definitely bonked around mile 5-6. Stopped at brookline golf course to drink water and felt much better afterwards. Did not hydrate well enough. Need to try drinking gatorade before long runs.
