COMMENTS: 10 min. warm-up on the bike then did the following:

Side plank (lift and leg raise), 10 per side

back bridge on ball (lift and leg raise), 10 per

back plank (leg raise), 10 per

front plank (single and double), 10 per

side plank ball (add/abd), 10 per

seated leg raise on ball, 10 per

push-up pos. on ball (leg raise), 10 per

single leg half squat (3 sides), 10 per, 2x10lb

balance beam, 10 per, 2x10lb

balance beam twist, 10 per, 10lb

Lateralis some twinges of pain at night. Iced.. hope it feels better tomorrow. Hip flexor feels tight. May skip tomorrows intervals if it doesn't feel better. Possibly due to the hip flexor stretching. Will stop those for now.
