Notes

Easy warm-up and 6 Fisher Hill repeats. Haven't done this in awhile, and generally have done no interval workout, so it shows. Workout was good, as I tried to stay relax and flow towards the end of intervals. However, I'm clearly not in good shape. HR kept going up even though the intervals weren't getting any faster and recovery intervals kept getting longer.
