6:17p, no HRM
Ran home from lab. Fartlek (1.9-2.8, 3.4-4.1, 4.5-5.2, 5.8-6.0, 6.4-6.6, 6.9-7.0) @ 6:15 pace or less. Last three were hills, done progressively faster until last was 90% max speed. Fartlek section felt smooth and relatively easy to maintain. Surprised I wasn't going faster. Wonder if this course is measured short.
