COMMENTS: Felt much better today. Not sure what was going on with GI yesterday... lotsa gas.
Did a tough workout today. Ran down to Chris', and then did 3x15 min. @ 9.0 setting, with 3:00RI. Then ran home. Dropped the incline to 0.5 halfway through 2nd interval b/c HR was going >170. Lateralis started getting a little sore halfway through last interval. HR was a bit elevated on the way home
