just caught the beginning of the 1st interval. Started about 10m behind and had to pick it up to catch up to Pat. Next couple went pretty smoothly. 5th interval felt a little tougher, and then really cranked it on the 6th one. Didn't do 7 and 8 for two reasons: I haven't done intervals in a while, and I need to save my legs for Sunday. Good quality interval workout otherwise and felt really good.
