Wasn't really sure about this interval workout after almost a month without intervals and really sore calves. Took it out smoothly on the 1st interval, and as calves gradually loosened, was able to pick it up. Stayed with Pat and John for the 2nd interval, and then just tried to hold the pace for the last interval. Skipped the optional 4th interval to save my legs. Happy with the overall effort.
