MIT Track... feeling generally sluggish. Just hung with Pat on the intervals. 1st interval was just getting over the sluggishness. 2nd 2000 felt much better. Shut it down after that.... no sense in being a hero today. Did some easy laps around the track as a c/d.

compared to 1/29/2008 workout, HR is lower, but pace is faster.
