COMMENTS: Legs were really fatigued from standing around all day yesterday. Run started off comfortably. Went the long way to the Arboretum through VFW parkway. Felt comfortable until around mile 4-5 on VFW parkway, when I felt I was laboring. Saw a lot of HR's around 150s. Didn't realize until later that I was going much faster than I should have been going. Got a nice 2nd wind after mile 9 hitting the Pond. Picked up a little entering the Brookline High School. Realized around then that I was going much faster than I thought I was going. Felt good at the end. Ice bath felt good afterwards.
