COMMENTS: Been sleeping better the last couple days, so felt energized for this work-out. Went down to Chris' with CK and we all did a tempo run. Plan: 1m easy, 3-4m @ 9.5mph, 3m easy. Started @ 7.0mph then bumped it up to 9.6mph. 3rd mile was tough, even though HR was ~172. Not sure if I can hold that pace for a half.
