didn't sleep well last night. very congested. Wasn't sure how i'd perform tonight b/c felt very sluggish, but feeling dissipated after warm-up run. Clearly in the 2nd group after the 1st interval and paced the group for the 1st 5-6 intervals. Gradually sped up. Paced by new guy Brian for 1 interval, and then pushed hard for the rest by Andy Macdonald. Dropped the hammer on last interval to see if I could do a 2:30. Felt pretty good, but definitely gassed after the last interval.
