Down in Somerset for Xmas. Left knee feeling sore from Sat. run. Took it easy, running down Elm St. About 1.5 in, realized a GSD was tailing me, and had to pick it up. Turned off the road onto a trail to lose the dog and headed back on to 138. Nice run despite the dog, forced a little fartlek.
