BAA workout, 4x2000m, 2x200m @ 10K

another rough interval workout. Not sure what's going on, but I haven't had the finishing strength I had about a month ago. It could be the skiing is wearing out my fast twitch and I just can't go faster on dead legs. Finished well, but still gassed.
